Our Board
Gary SwiftIndependent chairman Gary joined Longveld's board as chairman in October 2011. Gary is chief executive of Auckland Council Investments Ltd which owns and manages Auckland City's investments in Ports of Auckland Ltd, Auckland International Airport Ltd and Auckland Film Studios Ltd. Gary was previously chief financial officer at Watercare Services Ltd. Gary is a chartered accountant and fellow certified treasury professional. He was a finalist for the CA of the year award in 2010.

Les RoaManaging director Les co-founded Longveld having come from a background in fitter turning and stainless steel fabrication. Les has led Longveld from its beginnings in 1992 and is a graduate of the University of Waikato's Executive MBA programme. He is in charge of implementing the board’s growth strategy and leading Longveld's development into a global business.

Pam RoaDirector Pam is a co-founder of Longveld having come from a background in chemical technology and dairy science. Pam is also a trustee of both Trust Waikato and St Peter’s , a leading independent co-ed school near Cambridge. In 2010 Pam received the inaugural Waikato Institute of Directors Aspiring Director Award.
